We just moved into a new house 12/15 on the northeast side of Grand Rapids.  Very  late in the season to have someone come out and do gutters and pressure washing wasn’t easy to find. But Jo and Matt were very responsive and communicative! They were able to get our house squared away before the winter weather hits.? Scott from Under-Pressure Steam and Clean did a fantastic job cleaning The Steam building in downtown Newaygo.  He was friendly and communicated well with all the tenants in the building. My Mom passed away recently and the family needed to ready her home for sale.  I called Under Pressure Steam and Clean and got a real person to talk to.  She gave me a very reasonable on the spot quote and days later Scott arrived to power wash the roof and house.  He did an absolutely terrific job.  He quickly realized that he would not be able to finish by nightfall and voluntarily came very early the next morning to complete the job before listing photos were taken.  The house looked phenomenally better after the power washing.  Scott went way above and beyond what was expected.  I would recommend and hire this company again without reservation. Under Pressure did a fantastic job on my house. I had excessive algae on the side of my house and moss on the roof. House looks brand new when they were finished. Very professional and would definitely use them again!
